Our debate-driven breakfast forum offers IR and marketing professionals a unique opportunity to:
• Exchange best practice ideas with industry peers on how to continue growing your business during the tough times ahead.
• Understand how to optimise your marketing and investor servicing strategies to continue attracting and retaining additional investors
• Better leverage technology to enhance your productivity through greater automation of routine tasks and smarter working.
The format of the events is as follows:
• Coffee and registration starts at 7.30 am and a full breakfast will be served at 8.00 am.
• The session commences with a 20 minute “stimulus” presentation by Digiterre designed to get the debate going (see topics for discussion below).
• This is followed by approximately 60 minutes of facilitated discussion where forum members are strongly encouraged to contribute.
• The discussions will conclude by 10.00 am, after which there will be an option to view a demonstration of the latest version of Digiterre’s dCRM client relationship management system.
Topics for discussion – Managing the Opportunity Lifecycle : From Prospect to Repeat Investor. We will discuss how to:
• Improve the way you target, close and manage your investor base throughout the lifecycle
• Enhance the potential value of your investment pipeline
• Automate the tiering of prospects and clients by mapping transactions to investors
• Improve the quality, accuracy and timeliness of your IR management reporting
• Track and manage investor liquidity
Specifically, we will demonstrate:
• Opportunity management – this covers the tasks and screens necessary for users to store and track potential investment, giving you pipeline reports and a fund opportunity breakdown. This gives you the ability to track where the investments are coming from.
• Management reporting - can you give your manager a top level view of the organisation indicating exactly where the opportunities lie and who/what is being actioned?
• Transactions importing - why it’s important to have performance info in one place, incorporating third party relationships

• We’re looking to get commitment from sales, marketing and investor relations professionals within the hedge fund and alternative investment community.
What?
• The event is a confidential facilitated discussion over breakfast, geared at identifying key issues affecting the industry. With the input from members we hope we can help each other propose solutions as appropriate.
• At the end of the forum, we’ll run an optional demo featuring our marketing and investor servicing suite of products.
