Digiterre Enters dCRM as Best Buy-Side Newcomer in the Buy-Side Technology Awards

LONDON

Digiterre, London-based software provider to the investment management industry, today announces their entry into the 2008 Buy-Side Technology Awards.

As a new product launched in 2007, Digiterre’s dCRM has been entered in the “best buy-side newcomer product” category, with high hopes to win based on an impressive client list and numbers of licenses sold in the past 18 months.

A web-based, .NET application, dCRM is a workflow and relationship management system. It tracks, manages and reports on relationships between companies, contacts, funds and counterparties to enhance client or investor service levels.

With 28 clients on board since mid 2007, dCRM shows an impressive track record coupled with dynamic forward thinking in the form of its recently launched Fund Flows Module, which enables managers to track the current holdings and transaction history of each investor in each of their funds.

“After five years of delivering software solutions to the buy-side, in 2007 we decided to launch our dCRM product to address the specific marketing and investor servicing needs of the investment management industry,” says Ian Murrin, Digiterre CEO.

“dCRM enables sales and marketing departments to track and access details of all their interactions with prospective investors including meeting, calls and emails. What this means is that they can report on their pipeline of investment opportunities, and analyse and segment their database of prospective investors to build lists of marketing targets,” says Murrin.

dCRM is a full service offering, inclusive of all licensing, all processes surrounding deployment, upgrades, software updates and long-term support for core and proprietary elements. dCRM integrates with dReports, Digiterre’s automated client reporting application, launched in 2008.
