This allowed them to provide their customers with greater trading flexibility \u2014 avoiding the usual lock-in periods and restricted dealing calendars offered by traditional funds in the primary market.<\/p>\n        \n                <div class=\"space-x-4 mt-8\">\n                        <a \n            href=\"https:\/\/www.digiterre.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/Man-Investments-Case-Study.pdf\"\n            class=\"btn !mb-0\"\n                        target=\"_blank\"               \n            rel=\"noopener norefferer nofollow\"\n                        >\n                            <\/a>\n            \n                    <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns aligncenter are-vertically-aligned-center is-section is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Challenges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project addressed a number of challenges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-bullet\">\n<li>Man decided to set up a secondary market to trade in their own underlying products. This allowed them to provide their customers with greater trading flexibility \u2014 avoiding the usual lock-in periods and restricted dealing calendars offered by traditional funds in the primary market. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The secondary market service was to be launched in Switzerland and required approval by the Swiss regulator, including the provision of adequate systems to support the running of the market. The solution was delivered on time, meeting the requirements of the business and the regulator and the secondary market business was launched as planned. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We subsequently delivered further phases of enhancements to the system and ultimately handed it over to an internal team for support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns aligncenter are-vertically-aligned-center is-section is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Key Benefits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list custom-bullet\">\n<li>Man selected Digiterre to deliver the solution because they felt that resource constraints meant that their internal teams would not be able meet the challenging timescales. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition the solution required using a leading edge technical architecture with which their inhouse teams were not yet familiar, putting additional pressure on the timescales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system and Digiterre\u2019s presence as a strategic delivery partner enabled Man to respond quickly to changing business priorities. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The system resulted in Man winning the \u201cBest use of business-to-business
