Digiterre Appoints Theresa Cantwell as Director of HR and Engagement Management<\/h1>\n\n

Digiterre, a software and data engineering consultancy, today announced the appointment of Theresa Cantwell to an expanded role as Director of HR and Engagement Management. In addition, as part of the growth of the HR function, Helen Chilton has been appointed Senior Technical Recruiter.<\/p>\n \n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Theresa Cantwell has nearly 20 years\u2019 experience as a people leadership specialist in the technology sector scaling development teams in the UK, Ireland and globally. Theresa was previously Digiterre\u2019s Director of HR and Talent Management before her role was expanded to Director of HR and Engagement Management. Prior to joining Digiterre, Theresa was Head of Recruitment, and subsequently Engagement Manager, at Equal Experts, Head of Recruitment at AKQA, and Recruitment Team Leader for Microsoft\u2019s European operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helen Chilton has spent 10 years in recruitment, with the last five years focused on technology, having worked in-house at EDF Energy and in recruitment consulting. Prior to that, Helen was a financial futures broker for 15 years developing strong domain expertise in capital markets, trading and technology.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
