Digiterre does not automatically collect personal data when browsing the website. However, when requesting a demo service or signing up to our newsletter, the contact details you submit (Name, Company name, E-mail, Contact number) will be sent through via email to our sales and marketing team to ensure your request is dealt with in a timely manner.

As the only personal data collected, is through the individual providing their details for a demo request, we assume this data can be processed using legitimate interest as our legal basis for processing. These details will also be entered into Digiterre’s internal marketing system; at that point, you will be prompted via email to provide consent for Digiterre to send out any further marketing materials to the individual.
